Laighlands Silver Earl

Four year old 15.2 hh with 9 inch bone RID grey gelding by Rebelara out of Enniskeane Duchess. He is a very genuine young horse who is  broken and riding and is now ready to be brought on.  He has straight free movement and has a willing and friendly temperament.  He has been bred to compete and has has his first show outing at Augus Show 2011 where he did exceptionally well.  He was third in the ridden Irish Draught.  Then he won the in hand class.  He then went on to stand Reserve Irish Draught Champion.  The jugde loved his calm outlook, his lovely movement and stated she thought he would have a very successful future.  £6,000.  You can see Shannon using the youtube link below.

Midge

Laighlands Highlander

SOLD

Midge's new owner Val said "I bought Midge (Laighlands Highlander RID) as a four year old from Laighlands Stud at the end of 2009.  He was shown to me honestly and has proved to be just what the Webster's promised - safe, sensible, lots of fun and an absolute star!" We wish Val and Midge every success!
